Fall-Prevention Program

A fall can change everything. Mobility, confidence, independence, and even whether someone can continue living safely at home. Inter-Coastal’s Fall Prevention Program is designed to reduce those risks before an emergency happens. By combining mobility support, safety-focused routines, caregiver training, and RN supervision, we help older adults move more confidently and families feel more secure about life at home. This program is especially valuable after a close call, after a recent fall, or anytime stability and home safety have become a growing concern.
